Higher Education Providers
We design and deliver specialist programmes of live, interactive and discursive workshops for staff and students in higher education settings. We are committed to preventing sexual harassment, violence and misconduct and equipping staff and students with the skills and resources they need to respond to disclosures with compassion.
We support HE Providers to prevent and respond to sexual harassment, violence & misconduct
Our training is informed by our collective experience working and delivering training in a range of settings including gender-based violence services (Rape Crisis, Refuge, Women and Girls Network, Victim Support), Crown Courts, education, academia and research, local authority, third sector and private sector organisations.
Team members have delivered a wide range of sexual violence training at LSE, UCL, KCL, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Guildhall, BIMM, mandatory staff training at Goldsmiths and mandatory student workshops at UAL and Cambridge. As facilitators invested in transformative approaches to justice, we also have experience supporting organisations to navigate complex situations following incidences of sexual violence.
We also provide consultancy to ensure providers are meeting the new OfS condition for registration by reviewing policies and sources of information relating to sexual harassment, violence and misconduct.

Staff Training
Our bespoke training for HE staff supports them to understand:
-
Key definitions relating to sexual misconduct
-
Organisational policies and procedures, including staff-student relationships, reporting processes, support options and use of NDAs
-
A trauma-informed approach to responding to disclosures
-
A harm-reduction approach to investigating reports of sexual misconduct
We can deliver content in a variety of lengths and formats according to your needs. Shorter online sessions may be adequate for non-student facing roles whilst more comprehensive training is usually necessary for pastoral and student support roles.
Student Workshops
Consent
We know how difficult it can be to provide content on consent that is relevant, engaging and accessible to a diverse student population. Our workshops have been tried and tested and 95% of attendees from our University consent sessions rate them as excellent or good.
Our workshops include:
-
What constitutes sexual harassment and/or misconduct both online and offline
-
Ethical and legal definitions of consent including discussion around freedom, capacity, boundaries, entitlement and intimacy
-
Where to access support and ensuring understanding of the universities single source of information on sexual harassment and/or misconduct
We are also able to bespoke this content to cover information about the individual provider’s reporting and support pathways.
Bystander Intervention
These workshops equip students with the skills to safely intervene when they witness sexual harassment. Our approach embeds bystander intervention within the wider framework of community building and accountability. These workshops are interactive and explore themes of psychology and positionality as well as practical skills which students can apply to scenarios and role plays.
